Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 June 2026
These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Walldoff 3D and any order you place with us. Walldoff 3D is operated by Walldoff Studios AB. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law.
1. Who we are
Walldoff 3D is a small hobby 3D-printing webshop based in Sweden. The legal seller is:
- Walldoff Studios AB
- Organisation number: 559490-5902
- VAT number: SE559490590201
- Address: Stramaljvägen 26, 168 73 Bromma, Sweden
- Email: hello@walldoff3d.se
References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Walldoff Studios AB. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order. These Terms are written for consumers; if you order as a business, some consumer-specific rights (such as the right of withdrawal) may not apply.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to place an order. You can browse without an account, but ordering and tracking require one. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.
3. Made-to-order products
Every product is a physical item that is 3D-printed to order — nothing is pre-stocked and there are no digital downloads or files for sale. Items are produced on hobby FDM (fused-deposition-modelling) equipment. This means:
- visible layer lines, slight surface texture and minor stringing/blemishes are normal and inherent to the process;
- colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen and between filament batches;
- small dimensional tolerances apply — prints are not injection-moulded products;
- product photos and renders are illustrative.
We check each finished print for obvious failures before shipping. The points above are characteristics of the product, not defects. For what counts as a genuine fault, see our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order on the site is an offer by you to buy the item(s) on these Terms. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order — shown by our order-confirmation email and the order appearing in your account. Listing a product is an invitation to order, not an offer we're bound to accept.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item can't reasonably be printed, is out of our capabilities, was listed with an obvious pricing or description error, payment fails or is reversed, or we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund the amount charged in full.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
- All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK).
- All prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. The VAT amount is itemised at checkout.
- Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay (a live carrier rate where available, otherwise a flat-rate fallback of 79 SEK).
- Any discount code or offer is subject to its own conditions and may be withdrawn or expire.
- For some items we may offer a deposit / split-payment option. Where we do, the deposit is taken up front and the balance becomes due before the item ships; the terms are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
- We issue an order confirmation and, where required, a VAT receipt / invoice for your purchase.
If a price is obviously wrong (a clear mispricing), we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price and will let you know before charging or, if already charged, refund you.
6. Production, delivery and risk
Because every item is printed individually, lead times vary with the current print queue. You can follow your order's progress — queue position, printing, post-processing, packing and shipping — from your account at any time.
Any production or delivery time we give is an estimate, not a guarantee. We currently ship within Sweden only, using PostNord and Instabox/Instabee. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the item is delivered to you or to a service point/parcel locker you selected. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help resolve it; your statutory rights for late delivery are unaffected.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law are not affected by these Terms. Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised — which covers most of our prints (chosen material, colour, size, configuration or custom work).
How withdrawal, cancellation before printing, damaged/defective or incorrect items, and refunds are handled is set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Conformity and warranty
We sell items that match their description and are fit for their ordinary purpose. As a consumer you have rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentöplagen) if an item is faulty, including a right to have a genuine fault remedied (for example by reprint or refund). The natural characteristics of FDM 3D printing described in section 3 are not faults. To raise a fault, follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property and custom requests
All content on the site — our designs, product photos, text and branding — belongs to Walldoff Studios AB or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You must not order prints of designs you don't have the right to reproduce. If you submit a model, file or reference for a custom request, you confirm that you own it or hold all the rights needed to have it printed, and you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to quote and fulfil your order. We don't claim ownership of your model and won't use it for other purposes. We may decline any request that appears to infringe third-party rights, is unsafe, or is unlawful (for example weapons, or trademark/copyright infringement).
10. Acceptable use of the website
Please use the site lawfully and fairly. You must not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, introduce malware, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Accounts are personal — don't share your credentials. We may restrict or withdraw access if the site is misused.
11. Liability
We provide the shop and fulfil orders with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Where we are liable for a defective product, our liability is for the item itself (reprint, replacement or refund) as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Events beyond our control (force majeure)
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — for example equipment failure, power or internet outages, supplier or carrier disruption, illness, or extreme weather. If such an event materially affects your order we'll contact you, and you may cancel an unfulfilled order for a refund.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the shop or the law. The version shown here, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after that date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
14. If part of these terms is invalid
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right at any time is not a waiver of that right.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any issue directly — please contact us first.
If we can't resolve it, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN — arn.se), whose decisions we follow, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
